Óscar Arias urges Dalai Lama to stay in Tibet

Okay, who reads my blog knows that I'm a fan of Oscar Arias. But I am a little 'pissed about it. Obviously, Oscar Arias deleted (or at least the lifting of the orchestra), the forthcoming visit of the Dalai Lama not to offend the Chinese. So says Milagro Rodríguez, Vice-President of Costa Rica Association of Tibetan Culture, Costa Rica More than likely, the dissipation is due to the likely visit in October by Chinese President Hu Jintao. ThereArias secret that had the Court of China and also dismissed the long-standing relationship that Costa Rica in Taiwan in pursuit of positive relations with the Chinese. The Dalai Lama is a religious leader, of course, for Buddhists around the world. The Dalai Lama is a political leader of Tibet and as such is contrary to the historically been the Chinese as the sovereignty of the people of Tibet by the Chinese imperial domination have tried. Both the air and the Dalai Lama byWinner of the Nobel Peace Prize (the Dalai Lama was awarded the prize in 1989, two years after he was awarded Arias). The actual name of the Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatsu. Gyatsu Tenzin, the Fourteenth Dalai Lama, regarded as the reincarnation of Buddha, the god of the Tibetan people.

I suppose that the visit of the Dalai Lama was purely a religious background. I can understand the practical aspects of not understanding piss off the Chinese. But I think that Arias was a leaderthose interested in the principles and practice. He has demonstrated on many occasions, like his recent support for granting the refugee status of Cher Lynn Tomayko, despite American efforts to have delivered her baby kidnapped (he fled to Costa Rica several years ago with her child to escape a abusive relationship with her father the child). Religion is religion and politics is politics. I am a Christian, but I believe that all religions of the world's respect by. Costa Ricahas the citizens of Tibetan origin, and many who practice Buddhism and the Dalai Lama's visit was obviously very important to them. Arie by this action has deeply violated the Costa Rica and that was not correct. Shame on you Oscar Arias. I am disappointed.
